2. Ordering & Collection

All orders placed through our website are for collection only. We do not offer delivery. When you place an order, you will select an available date and time slot for collection.

Payment is made on collection. We accept cash and card payments at the point of collection.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, though any orders already confirmed will be honoured at the quoted price.

4. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee amendments once preparation has begun.

5. Allergen Information

Our pizzas are prepared in an environment where allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, and sesame may be present. If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise you accordingly.

While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Kosher Standards

All our pizzas are prepared to kosher standards. We use only kosher-certified ingredients. If you have specific questions about our kosher certification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or other harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or any systems connected to it.
